Yang Yang is a female giant panda born on August 10, 2000 at Wolong's Hetaoping Base. In March 2003, she moved to Vienna's Schönbrunn Zoo in Austria with male panda Long Hui. She gave birth to five cubs through natural mating, including Fu Long — Europe's first naturally conceived cub in 25 years. Yang Yang also became famous for painting. She returned to China in September 2024.
