Ya Xing (Chinese: 娅星, studbook number 555) is a female giant panda born on August 28, 2002 at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
Her mother is the legendary heroic mother Ya Ya (娅娅, “Asian Games Princess”), and she is the twin sister of Ya Shuang (娅双, #554). They were the fourth set of twins born to Ya Ya, and the last pair of her career.

Wild Training
On June 25, 2015, Ya Xing was transferred to the Dujiangyan Panda Valley along with her twins Xing Yu and Xing Yuan for wild training. They spent two years there learning survival skills before returning to Chengdu Base on July 6, 2017.
